BIOREAL Organic Yeast Flakes are produced under strictly controlled organic fermentation:

  1. Cultivation: Food yeast is grown on organic cereal or molasses medium with oxygen and warmth.

  2. Harvest: The yeast is separated, washed, and gently pasteurised to deactivate it (no fermentation activity remains).

  3. Drying: The yeast is rolled into flakes and low-temperature dried to preserve nutrients and natural flavour.
